Ski Utah Wallpaper

Here are a couple desktop wallpapers I designed as part of a campaign for the Utah Office of Tourism: www.utah.travel/snowflake/

Team Unity Banners

I played tennis at Mountain View High School. La-Dee-Da huh? I was never one of those “cool”  football or basketball jocks who got all the attention because they had everyone excited and going to their games. In fact, no one ever really came to our matches to support us. Even though I felt like tennis was a exciting and fun sport to watch, I think the rest of the students thought I was just prissy.

Here was my chance to change things. Elevate, a local gym and physical therapy facility asked me to develop a branding piece to put in high schools in Orem. My solution was to create large 50 ft by 8 ft banners that displayed one member of each athletic team from the school. The idea was to create excitement and a strong, respectable, and cool image for ALL the teams rather than the most “popular” teams. These “Team Unity Banners” were placed in the gym of each High School. The response has been incredible!

Tap Project Posters

The BYU Ad Lab asked local artists to develop poster ideas for the Utah Tap Project (utahtap.org). This is part of a nationwide project to bring clean drinking water to those in need (tapproject.org). Here are a couple poster ideas that I developed for them. I wanted to demonstrate the idea if you could only change your perspective, you would find that one glass of water can equal 40 days of drinking water to a child in need. The copy on the bottom of the poster says, “When you eat out during the week of March 22nd-28th, you can donate one dollar for the tap water you would normally get for free and provide a child in need with 40 days of clean drinking water. Finally something we can all drink to!”
